Elizabeth ('Libbie') SAWYER

Libbie came when a small child to WI with her parents. She lived in or near Waupun the rest of her life. For a time, she lived with her sister Mary Alice in Waupun and they had a good life together. They with their brothers took a turn in caring for their invalid father. They did much for their nieces and nephews. We all (Ruth Sawyer Thompson and family) loved them dearly.

Libbie was a real Christian in her quiet way. She was too frail to be very active. She kept her membership in the Congregational Church.
