    Antje was referred to as Oer Beppe (Great Grandma) by her great granddaughter. Antje was 3 years older than her husband Keimpe. Antje's mother died very young. Also, Keimpa died young, in his 30s or 40s of pneumonia(?) This was usually a fatal illness in those days before the war and the development of penicillin. Pake (Sam) said Antje died 1 year before his wedding (which was in 1931) at the age of 92, so she must have been born in 1838 and died in 1930. Pake described her as a quiet, nice old lady.
